TOS – Terms of Service

To keep it simple:

The most important point is that you understand that you use any resources or advice on this site at your own risk.

Obviously I’ll try to make sure that everything works properly but it’s possible to make mistakes.

Also if you go to third party sites, check their Terms of Service and Privacy statements.

All the themes from this blog are released under a Creative Commons licence.

You cannot claim copyright but of course you can make reasonable changes to make them fit your blogs.

Please make sure you always maintain a link back to: http://freethemesplus.com/.

If you’re not sure, get in touch:

Privacy

I take privacy very seriously indeed.

These are some of the steps I’ve taken to protect privacy on this blog:

My search box is powered by Scroogle (http://www.scroogle.org/).

Scroogle is an organization that uses the google search engine without sending IP information and cookies.

But what if you’d like to check Bing or Yahoo?

I suggest using Ixquick (http://eu.ixquick.com/eng/).

This is a Metasearch engine which claims to be the “World’s most private search engine”.

Ixquick does not record your details and therefore can’t give out information to third parties.

Email:

Using email is one of the great dangers of the internet.

There are plenty of mail services around to help your privacy but I recommend:

Gishpuppy (http://gishpuppy.com/).

I’ve used this service for many years and found it reliable and useful.

Hope you enjoy the themes.

John

Welcome

Some years ago I began to blog using Wordpress.

Like many bloggers I began by using the hosted service with Wordpress.com before moving onto the self hosted service.

Now I use Wordpress.org.

At first I used many of the themes which are widely available but I always hankered after my own exclusive themes.

Here on Freethemesplus I have these objectives: To:

provide 100% clean coded WordPress themes

have very few restrictions

advise on making completely original WordPress themes

comment on related matters such as Domain Names and Web Hosting

If you like the site, please let me know in your comments

All the best to WordPress bloggers everywhere

John
